Getting there by car:
 In Kandersteg, you reach the chalet by heading for the village centre. You will see Hotel Victoria on your left, then head straight on until you reach the protestant church (reformierte Kirche), the Hotel Post and shoe shop Hari. The next house is Chalet am Irfig. There is a shop on its ground floor and a small stream (Irfig) right beside it. You may park your car in front of the house, on one of the three parking spaces provided.
